Whether you are finishing Realschule or Gymnasium, returning after a gap year, or changing direction from a first job, we work with the German Ausbildung system as it actually operates — chambers, training firms, and application windows included.

How we work
- Orientation call — We map your school background, preferred trades or commercial fields, and where you can live during training.
- Pathway shortlist — You receive a written list of Ausbildung options with notes on entry requirements and application timing.
- Document studio — We revise your Lebenslauf and Motivationsschreiben until they read as specific to each firm, not generic.
- Interview practice — Two sessions covering firm tours, practical tasks, and common panel questions.
- Send and track — You submit applications with a simple tracker; we advise on replies and next steps.
Duration and delivery
Typically four to eight weeks of guided work. Sessions are held by video or in Rostock by appointment. You prepare drafts between meetings; we return written feedback within three business days of each document round.
Preparation
Bring recent Zeugnisse, a draft Lebenslauf if you have one, and a short note on trades or commercial fields you are considering. If you already have firm names in mind, list them — we will pressure-test fit and timing.
Pricing basis
Engagements start from €420 for the standard package described above. Extra document rounds or additional mock interviews are quoted separately. See our rates page for estimate factors.
